Rachel Mitchell has publicly stated in numerous press conferences, news interviews, and her own social media that she will follow the law when it comes to the abortion bans. She will prosecute abortion providers, doctors, and medical personnel. Mitchell is a "pro-life" prosecutor who has regularly pushed for the death penalty in her cases.
